Quinn’s Quasar
Quinn's Quasar is a concept for an interactive point-and-click browser-based video game designed to bridge the gender gap in STEM. The game aims to engage young girls, queer, and non-binary individuals by introducing them to the achievements of renowned women in STEM throughout history. Players can experience the game independently or in a classroom setting, fostering both individual learning and collaborative educational experiences. This concept was developed as part of a school project.

Problem
My role involved creating the character design and world design. The main challenge was to ensure our target audience felt represented and, most importantly, inspired.
Solution
To address this, we designed customizable characters that the audience could personalize and truly make their own. I created three different avatars representing feminine, masculine, and non-gendered identities, along with a variety of mix-and-match clothing options. Our goal was to ensure that everyone felt properly represented.
World Building
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.
